A lot of people ask how to rank up so I’m going to be making a list of things of how to rank up.
-Recruiting new members
-Being active on Xbox, inviting people to play, making parties and inviting people to just chat.
-Being active on discord, welcoming new members, talking about games or anything really, answering questions
-Organizing nights for specific reasons, making clips, recruiting, scrims etc
-Helping myself, Jinx and Merk with ideas we have especially if you have experience in the things we want to do. Things like the social media management, making videos, streaming, marketing advertising things, sponsorship proposals, community management (leading events and things on Xbox).
-Providing new ideas for things to do in the community
-Participating in challenges, meetings, info sessions to help us do things we need to do and learn how to do them
-Helping others improve their game skill or in their personal situations
I’m sure there’s more but these are most of the things that are doable for most people. Doing these things gets you considered to be ranked up, your attitude and behavior is the final factor, if you get into trouble it counts as a negative towards your possible rank up.
